Hi,
In the contract the owner mentioned that we can only use aircon 8 hrs daily however after we move in she said only can use at night. When I questioned her about this, she said in Singapore daily means only can use at night. Is it true? Now she wants to fix timing for the aircon usage because it is very hard for her to monitor our aircon usage at night. She didn’t mentioned this in contract or during viewing. When I asked how to monitor the aircon usage, she said she will monitor from her toilet as she can see the aircon condenser unit from her toilet. Is it sound practical ? Then I suggested to put a meter but she don’t want.
