Most completed projects in Singapore (other than those with very little balance lease) can finance the home loan using CPF. It will be good to know more about what your needs are in details before we can provide potential solutions.

Under the current MAS ruling for buying a residential property, 5% will need to be in cash. As for the balance, you may use your CPF provided that you fulfil the CPF usage guidelines.

Hi,

There is no need to appeal. CPF is allowed to be used to pay off for residential property purchases. Only non-residential properties are not allowed to use CPF.

Generally for HDB loans or fully paid properties, you are allowed to finance 100% of the value using CPF. For bank loan, you eed to come out with 5% deposit. Stamp duty can be financed through CPF although you have to come out with cash first (14 days after exercising the option) and CPF board will refund you back the monies after completion date.
