As land costs & construction costs increasing,70% development charges.
Developers would need to price launches above the $750psf mark to make a profit.
Buyers would have more advantage if they purchase a unit for investment now.
You can get better deals as there are more willing sellers in the market.
Low sibor rates.High inflation.
Property is the best hedge against inflation.
