For other International school like Australian International school, then Lor Chuan area will be good.

Hi Simon,

You mentioned that your office is within 3km of Changi Airport, therefore I thought that accommodation at the East side of Singapore will be more convenience for you.

There are 3 places that I would like to recommend

1)Tanjong Katong area – the International school at this area is Chatsworth International School, there are many condos located at this area and are within walking distance to the school. This area is much sought after by many expats as it is within walking distance East Coast Park, near the Parkway Parade (biggest shopping center in the East) and easy access to the City and Changi Airport via ECP. Many units here offer good sea view. Rental will be higher than the other 2 areas that I going to recommend. However, it the most far away from Changi Airport.

2)Changi area – nearest to Changi Airport and easy access to ECP. The International School at this area is One World International School. Lesser choice of condo as compared to Tanjong Katong area. Quite sought after by many expats as it very near to the Changi Business Park.

3)Bedok Reservoir area – the International School at this area is UWCSEA. The condos at this area are quite far away from the school, they mostly located along bedok reservoir road or at Pasir Ris town. Some units at bedok reservoir offer good reservoir view and bedok reservoir a great place to relax and enjoy with family.
