hi, my agent been tryg to rent my terrace hse almost 3mths but to no avail. she suggested open market, wat shld i do?

Hi,

Dont get too worried. Renting out a landed property is not as easy as renting out a HDB/ condo. Demands are mainly from landed owners who just sold off their units, waiting for their units to rebuild/ AA and etc.
