The most important 2 factors that we need to look at here will be the bank loan portion. We need to ascertain the amount of loan amount that both yourself and your wife is eligible to loan for. The second factor will be to do a calculation to estimate the sales proceeds that you will have. With this, then I can have a simple financial planning for you.
