Hi, Now I'm living in 5DB in Jurong west.May I know how much is the estimated price right now if I were to sell my house?Im looking for 4rm flat at jurong west st 52.If possible blk 520 to 530.Can you tell me how much is the estimated price? thank you.

I need more info about your current unit before can come up with an estimated price. I also live in jurong west near pioneer mrt station. If you are ok, I can meet up with you to do a financial calculation. Depending on your current outstanding loan, I will be able to show you how much you can cash out by selling your 5rm and buying a 4rm flat.

    Hi Ander, Im staying at blk 610, mid level and my current outstanding loan is $52k.
Dear Ms. Roslinda,

Its difficult to gauge without more property details. However 5DB should either be near Pioneer MRT or along Jalan Bahar Road. Please pte sms/email me your details so that i can give yourself a +/- $10k estimate.

Nevertheless, a 4rm withing Blks 520-530 should rather rare in the market. There is not any units for sale currently. A fair Valuation now ranges between $285k to $290k. COV currently is between $30k to $40k.

I would very much suggest yourself not to sell first, and to buy first as there is no lack of buyers, but lack of new listings in your desired blocks.
