Hi there,
I'm thinking to rent out my property in Chuan Drive area (behind S'goon market, 3sty terrace house, 6 BedRms, 4 bathroom). Near to French School and Australian School. Do you know what is the rental price/month?

Hi TL,

Taking the unit as fully-furnished, you can ask for $5500 ~ $6500. It should not be a problem at that location as there are many expats there with kids in nearby French school.
