We are 3 Indonesian siblings (2 SPR and 1 student pass). We are looking for a 2+1 HDB unit in the areas of Toa Payoh, Bishan, AMK or Tiong Bahru (Toa Payoh area is preferred). Move in date would be late January 09 or early February 09.
Our budget is around SGD1500 and preferably the unit is close to MRT, clean and well-kept.
