Hi, We are Singapore PR. We jointly hold 4 room HDB. I would like to buy a condo with minimum cash outlay and paying no ABSD. I would like to use condo to rent. I am looking for experience agent who can advise on this. Feel free to contact me. Thank you

Hi,

If you purchase a condo, you will have to sell off your current HDB flat. You cannot rent out your HDB flat too.

Also, as an SPR purchasing a first property (condo), ABSD of 5% is applicable. You can only avoid paying any ABSD if either of you converts to a Singapore Citizen.
