Hi, we are SPR couple who plans to buy a resale Hdb, just want to ask if the 20% remaining after bank loan will be fully financed by our CPF? or 10% only? the COV and the 10% will be a direct cash out from us?enlighten me pls..thanks...

Hi, 5% will be CASH. 15% will be CPF or Cash, if you have enough CPF, you can used all to pay for the 15%.
