Hi,

What would be the current market rate for renting out a unit in today's market ?

Unit Details:
850sqft, 2 bedrooms, high floor (7th storey), near potong pasir mrt stn

Hi Bryan,

It depends whether are they fully furnished or unfurnished.

A fully furnished one, and if near MRT, you can ask for $1500~$1600 (for HDB) or $2000~$2200 (for Condo).
