How big is the gym in the Mackenzie 88?

Dear sir/madam,
The Mackenzie 88 is a boutique sized development with only 55 dwelling units, and for such projects, the facilities like gym and pool is usually kept to very minimal, therefore if you are looking for nice facilities, it is advisable to look into a bigger development instead.
I am marketing a handful of projects in District 9, both new launch and resale and if I may know more about what you are looking out for, perhaps I can share more with you?
