PropertyGuru only allows registered agents with a paid subscription with PropertyGuru to put up their listing for sale or rent. In fact I have spent over $25,000 and counting on PropertyGuru this year so far on top of other advertising costs I have incurred via other channels.

Home owners are encouraged to consider engaging the services of an agent to market their property for sale or rent, since commission is only applicable for every successful transaction, thus you can actually factor in this commission amount into the final sale or rental price such that the buyers or tenants are the one indirectly paying for the commission, instead of home owners paying the advertising fees whether or not a buyer or tenant is successfully secured.
