Typical agent commission for rental renewal is the same for brand new rental. Who is responsible to pay for it can be discussed and agreed between the landlord and tenant, but the basic consideration could be in the event that the tenant does not renew the lease, you will also need to look for new tenants and the worst case scenario will be having some downtime in rental collection due to handing and taking over.
