PropertyGuru portal only allows Real Estate Salesperson with a paid subscription to put up their listings for sale or rent. Home owners are encourage to seek out other portals or newspaper to put up their advertisements. Free portals are available however, effectiveness maybe much lower.

In addition, paid advertisements are not a guarantee that you will be able to find a matching tenant, therefore it is definitely more logical to engage the services of a real estate salesperson to work on the marketing, since commission is only applicable upon a successful transaction.

I am currently managing an expatriate forum with over 9,500 members and this is an additional avenue where tenants are found for landlords who appoint me to look for tenants for their apartment.

Propertyguru portal only allows paid subscription agents to post for an advertisement. If you do not have any tenants, it will be wise to seek assistance from property agents. Besides the ease of marketing your property and filtering out prospective tenants on your behalf, we can also ensure that your unit is being rented at the right market price and tenancy agreement drawn out are to your advantage as an owner to avoid any future disputes. If there are any issues that arises during the tenancy period, we can also assist to settle it.
