Lucien, before you jump into this very competitive industry, you perhaps would need to identify if you are suited to be part of this profession.
Of course as Eric has rightly highlighted the requirements to be a property agent, you'll need the support to guide you and provide you with suitable inventory to kick start your career in this arena if you do not have an established network of prospective clients.
