I suppose you have already gotten the answer that this portal only allows RES who have paid subscription put up listings for sale or rent, however, I like to strongly emphasize that advertisement is only step 1 of the process to successfully sell or rent a property. It takes a combination of skills set, knowledge as well as database in order to successfully clinch a deal, and that is 1 reason why we have multiple occasions where units were sold in only 1 viewing.

While you may feel like saving the commission amount, you may also like to know that commission is only payable upon a successful transaction, while marketing costs are paid up front but does not guarantee results.
