Propertyguru is meant for registered agents who subscribed to an account with subscription fees.

If you are fine, engage an agent to help you in marketing your unit for rent.

Hi Nik,

For agent's service fees, it will be 0.5 mth rental worth for 12 mths lease term & 1 mth for 2 yrs lease term.

E.g : For 1 yrs lease, monthly rental $1000 (Fees 0.5 x 1000= $500)
