We have a series of marketing approach in place during this period where physical viewing activities are still restricted where we are able to do up the following:

2) Property pictures (photos can be taken onsite for vacant units or existing occupants can facilitate to take some nice pictures)
3) Video tour of the apartment (videos can be taken onsite for vacant units or existing occupants can facilitate to take some nice videos for my media team to edit into a professional video where you can see the sample here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwtaE2u039E)
4) Aggressive marketing through property portals and social media.
