Only real estate salesperson with a paid subscription with PropertyGuru will be allowed to post advertisements of the houses in this portal. Hope that answers your question.

As for house selling, it is really not as simple as just posting advertisements. There are really many factors involved in a sale process and it also involves a lot of new policies. In the event if a direct buyer comes into your unit, duty of care also needs to be exercised to ensure that the buyer is really eligible to buy and finances are sound for the case to complete smoothly.

We have indeed seen before many cases where the deals are stuck just because the sellers and buyers are not familiar with the policies. What I will suggest is that we can meet up for a chat on this. No worries there are no obligations at all. We can also do a calculation for you in accordance to the plans that you may have after you have sold your house. This will put you in a good light of whether your finances are sound to carry out your plans. If at the end of the day you are comfortable with me and my partner, then we will be very happy to walk this gal estate journey with you. Of course if you are not comfortable, then we can also take it as knowing one more friend. :)

Recently we have sold a couple of houses and It was sold in one viewing. One of the houses was even sold with cash-over-valuation (COV) and the sellers proceeded to upgrade to their dream properties. When we meet up, I can also share more with you.
