I am a singaporean and I currently live in Taiwan. I own a property there. I am interested in buying a property in Singapore. I have previously owned 2 in Singapore and have since sold them off many years ago. Are there any restrictions for me? I have been away for too long and have not kept myself updated on the new regulations. Thanks for all valuable advice.

Evening,

If you are looking at purchase of private property, there's no restriction of limitation, be it sizing, pricing or quantity. But if you are looking at purchase of HDB unit, you are required to sell off your Taiwan property within 6 months from date of key collection.
