I am an overseas graduate in the medical field, relocating back to Singapore next month with an Australian husband (Teaching/IT professional) and one small dog. Will it be difficult to rent a HDB flat close to my parents in the Kembangan/Bedok/Tampines area?

Hi Rachel,

Welcome back. I have one unit at Circuit Road, HDB 3-Rms flat, neat and clean. Only 10 mins to Aljunied MRT, beside market and eating places. Very convenient. Whole flat for rental at $1,800/mth... full furnished, except no W/Ma nd A/C. 1 yr lease with one year extension.
