I am completing my current two-year contract where the current rental is below 2500/mth. I am renewing the rental where the rental again below 2500/month. I did not have my own agent so I paid one month's rent to my Landlord's agent when I signed the current (about to expire) contract. Do I have to pay the agent again when I sign the new contract (rent is below 2500/mth)?
