You may search online using propertyguru, iProperty, gumtree. Should be able to find listings quite easily. However, the hassle is to filter through, arrange viewings and negotiation on the price.

If your budget allows, it would be good to engage an agent who can do all the work for you. The agent would also be responsible for you throughout the lease term.

The service charges for rental is typically 0.5mth rental for 1-yr lease and 1mth rental for 2-yr lease.

Then you can just sit back n relax while we settle the hassle for you.
