I am looking for property agents that specialise in selling units in Livia, Pasir Ris. Please leave your email and contact number but ONLY IF you have sold or are already actively marketing units in Livia currently - not keen on others, unless you have a super-duper success story that is totally wow.

I would like to appoint an agent soonest possible to sell my Livia unit.

I am curious to find out why is it that a salesperson who have sold or are currently marketing Livia be your top consideration in appointing a salesperson?

Familiarity of a project is definitely important aspect in selling a property, however, information of projects can be find easily on the web these days therefore the more important considerations of appointing a salesperson should be the network the salesperson has, the type of marketing plan or strategies that they are working on. Appointing a salesperson who is actively marketing units in the project could be a double edge sword too since if there is a direct competition of a similar unit, which unit will the salesperson want to focus on?

Perhaps if you have sometime, we can sit down for discussion on your expectations and we can see if we can partner in this sales assignment?

I have never sold any unit in Livia before, however currently I am marketing a unit in Eastvale.

Just curious what is your thought that why only Livia “specialize” agent will be able to sell your unit?

I have a mind blowing marketing plan.
