I am looking to rent a studio private apartment beginning 1 May 09 for min 6 months to 1 year. Is now a suitable time to look for one ? or do I wait till Feb or Mar ? Preferred area needs to be of walking distance preferably to Kembangan / Eunos / Aljunied MRT station. Max rental SGD2,000 inclusive of monthly maintenance. Pls advise, thks.
