I am not a property agent but is helping to lookout for rental property (Private/HDB) on behalf of 4 Female Chinese nationals who are on work permit in SG for a year. Their budget around $1200 to $1800 at most. Preferable locations near City area. No owners staying in. As they are not conversant in English, please get through me if there is any. Thanks

Hi Copperfresh,

I have one HDB 3-Rms flat at Circuit Road. No owner staying. Neat and clean. 10 mins. to Aljunied MRT. Asking $1,800/mth. Please give me a call if the tenants are keen. I also need to understand further.
