I am planning to move out from the condo master room that I rented, however I signed on the Deed of Novation until 04 July 2023. How can I go about to rescind my signature from the Deed if other tenants that signed the Deed of Novation will stay. The Tenancy Agreement was for 24 months, however; the main tenant left in December 2021, thus, I move in and the Landlord agreed to execute Deed of Novation. However; in my nearly 2 months stay, I and other housemates does not see eye to eye on so many things, thus, I am planning to move out from the premises.
