Afternoon,
Are you a registered salesperson, with subscription with property guru or a normal user who register yourself as a user for property guru?
Being a normal user, you are not eligible to advertise on this website. You will need to work with registered salesperson to help you in your marketing, if you are to use property guru.
Alternatively, you can place your advertisement on the papers, with SPH.
