I created a listing 123 Kim Tian HDB for sale using iphone, upload photos and floor plan using iphone, after that list it and boost it using iphone. Sellers login using computer discover listing not posted, they were upset, called and questioned me. After that I discover listing can only view on mobile phone. I deleted the posting wasted my boost 34 credits and redo everything. This time I used computer and list it using computer. Finally I could view it on computer and mobile. Can your IT dept urgently look into this issue. All my colleagues do not know of this loopholes, no wonder why there are times when we post listing but no calls at all. If buyers and tenants use computer, they can never able to view our listings, we are wasting many golden opportunities, this is a very serious problem.

It is advisable to contact PropertyGuru to resolve these issues before you delete the advertisement. You can always call your account manager to look into these matters urgently and I am sure they should take immediate actions to look into these matters. I have done so on multiple occasions when I meet with these issues and the account managers have so far been prompt in assisting to look into the issues, especially so if it is a weekday.
