Can I know if you will be providing any furnishings? With most unit asking around $2700 for partially furnished still on the market, you can choose to call at the same price, it would be a considerable effort to be able to secure tenancy fast with immense competition, unless your unit has unique advantage against others. Situated along Ipoh Lane with many eateries and recreational activities around, it would be appealing to expats who are working in Suntec area, as they have direct buses prowling to and fro.
