I have a 5rm HDB (with 3 beadrooms and a study), opposite Meridian JC on St 71. We are intending to buy a private property. We have taken the gov grant and have stayed here for 3 years. Which option is more feasible:
1. Sell the HDB, cash out (but need to write in to HDB to appeal for early resale
2. Rent the HDB - How much can it fetch? Can i rent out the whole unit? What is the potential of renting this place?
3. What is the potential of price appreciation for this area?
