Hello,

Here’s what you can do in this situation:

- Since your BTO hasn't met the MOP, you're not allowed to rent out the entire flat, but there’s no restriction on renting out a room in a private condo.
- As long as the co-owner continues to stay in the BTO, the flat’s MOP requirement is still being fulfilled.
- Renting a condo room for yourself is generally fine, but ensure the rental agreement complies with the private property rules and is properly documented.
