I have a semi-d with land area of approx. 3700 sqf in District 10. Its an old property circa 1980s and it is curretly being rented out. The current built up area is around 2200 sqf. If I wanted to sell it, would I get a better price selling the properyt in its current state (renovated in the last 5 years) or rebuild it and then sell ?
