I have a studio apartment along Nicholl Highway, 702sq ft, fully furnished, and the lease is ending in mid-June.

As I am currently not in Singapore, what sort of rent should I be asking?

I am looking for a new property agent who can ecure a good rent and handle the new lease for me while I am away.
