I cannot simply advise you how much rental you can be expecting without understanding what are the furnishing options you are providing to the prospective tenants, how is the condition of the house and if you have any specific restrictions on tenants profile.
As a guide if you look at the asking rental for units listed in this portal, we are looking at rental as low as $1.8k a month to as high as $2.5k a month. Note that this is the calling price and may not be transacted at this price. As for timeframe of securing tenants, it would greatly depends on your preference of tenants type. If we are not confident of securing a tenant, we should not be in this trade in the 1st place.
