I have Booked flat in Under construction buiilding on May 2009 , Date of possession was June 2011 construction was stopped due to notice by corporation to builder from apr 2009 till aug 2011 completing only 6 floors now from aug 2011 construction is started & builder send demand notice with service tax .Is service tax payable ?
