Here are some tips when agency hunting:

1) Prepare 10 important questions before meeting up with these managers. Questions to ask would be, Why should I join you and not another company? What is the success rate of an agent who is less than a year old?

2)Most managers will simply talk about themselves and the company. A manager who keeps asking YOU questions is a great manager.

3)Remember, what is the point of joining a manager if he simply is overriding your commissions without guidance?

Do your research before joining a company, it's the difference between you earning $100 and $1,000,000. Have a great journey.
