I have recently purchased a 4 bedroom 1500 sqft apartment on Kim Yam Road. We had intended to move in at the completion of purchase but we now need to delay moving there for 1 year.

How hard would it be to rent out such a unit for 1 year. It would be unfurnished as we don't want to do too much until we move in case a tenant messes the place up.
