I intend to buy 4 Room HDB in clementi , CCK or West coast. Is it advisable to wait or buy now considering the present market and future market in couple of months and the rent i have to pay for the wait period.

Whats the general perspective on the house valuation & COV? is it expected to come down in the coming months.
