I agree with Geryl. Blk 202 is located beside the MRT track. Being high floor, it's unblock but will also result is part of the block to direct west sun. The good view, large area size and unblocked view are few of the attractive factor. But other deciding factors will be condition of the unit, facing, surrounding and ethnic restriction. Many complain on salesperson are due to "over-promise but under-deliver". I believe you are a serious seller hence you would prefer your salesperson to give you an accurate indicative so that you can plan for the necessary.
