For 3 room units, the estimated value is around $270k to $295k, with COV asking of around $20k to $35k.
For 4 room units, the estimated value is around $330k to $350k, with COV asking of about $25k to $35k.

3rm or 4rm.

Total amount that you can get will be around 300k for 3rm and 380k for 4rm.

However these are just estimation from my research.
