I notice some property agents did not declare accurately on low, mid or high floor which wasted buyer time to view the house. My suggestion is to spell out clearly eg low floor is 1-3 for example or additional field of total level of floors and multiple 3 to determine the level

Also, when flat is sold, property agent did not remove the act per HDB regulations. hope you could look into it

Hi Marie,

I can understand your frustration. Different people do things very differently. There could also be valid reasons why some agents do not openly state the floor levels of the units that they are marketing.

We cannot control other people's actions to suit to us, especially when this is a free platform for Buyers, but a paid platform for Agents.

Have you ever considered engaging a professional agent in your housing search? This way, you will save all the hassle of arranging units and then wasting your time to end up viewing unsuitable units.

I have very recently closed a Buyer for a "million-dollar" HDB flat. The best part is that I only showed this Buyer 1 unit, and he committed to the unit after the first viewing! We agents called it "One View One Closed!".

You might ask, how did I do this? I can only say that if you engaged a professional agent who truly understands your housing needs, you will save lots of time and hassle in your housing search.

I am experienced and well-versed in both private and HDB resale transactions. I will be able to assist you in your housing plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.
