Huge congrats to you for passing your exams!

Let me share more with you, my experience in this business. After walking through this rookie path before, I can tell you off hand, the most important factor to your success is your direct mentor. When you enter this business, you are not entering a brick and mortar business but you are really entering a people business. It is often more about the people we face and the people we deal with. The property is just a product between the people. As such, many a times the crux to closing a deal or a transaction is not about how much trainings that you have attended but how well your mentor can mentor and coach you. Every transaction is unique and requires different negotiation strategies. This is really where your mentor comes in. A right mentor can shorten your learning curve and also prevents you from making unnecessary mistakes.

Of course agency and division trainings are important as well and in my company and group, we do not neglect this as well. OrangeTee is is the 3rd largest agency. Our group Navis Living Group (NLG) is also a leading group in the industry with 1000 agents. Personally I am also the Training Director for Navis Living Group. I am also proud to say that out of our Achievers Charts for 6 months, the Top Rookie for 5 months, came from my team. To be very honest, I do not have any secret recipe, I just spend time to mentor and train my guys.

There are really much to be shared so maybe I can suggest that we can meet up for a chat on this. I can use this opportunity to explain to you how I can properly guide you and also explain the pros and cons of the industry to you.
