I posted my first question yesterday and I want to say thank you for all who replied. I'm actually planning to invest on properties that could give me a positive cashflow and will add real estate investment in my portfolio. As an S Pass holder, I'm looking for a real estate agent investor who can give me advice on the rules of real estate investment here in Singaoore for foreigners. Thank you.
