I signed a lease last year at the height of the en bloc wave, and now that the market has sunk and many people have been sent home and other properties finished, I think I am paying too much.
Any thoughts/suggestions on how to get out of my 2 year lease or re-negotiate it (I have done one year and have a diplomatic clause)?
Thoughts most welcome.
