I use to print a PDF copy of the property so I can have a reference as I am currently looking at several properties. Communicating with the agent is good as they call back in a few days time. But because their call back is not immediate and could be 2-3 days towards the weekend, it is difficult to keep track which property I was interested in. I thus, normally print a front page of the ad using the PDF function at the bottom of the agent message on the right margin. But on clicking the PDF function, the agent's image and this print function disappears. It appears to have a default the property cannot be printed. It has become very frustrating when they call back and I cannot recall which property they are referring to. So I normally just give up on the enquiry.

Hi,

I am finding it strange that you get a call back 2 to 3 days later?

Whenever a client attempts to contact me on Propertyguru, i get a prompt from the site within the day itself.

i would be notified on your name, contact number and the property that you have interest in.

I would reply as soon as i am prompted. i am pretty certain there is not much delay from the portal to the agent.

Not sure what and where went wrong.

the agent that calls you back, even after 3 days should still have the same info. he should be able to tell you which property you have indicated your interest...

Hi Rodney,

I believe you're referring to part-time agents who only work during the weekends? I doubt that's the case for most agents.
