I want to advertise my rental room on property guru. How do I do it?

Hi
Only licensed agent with paid subscription are allowed to place an advert on propertyguru. You may try other platform with no such requirement although the outreach might be limited. It is advisable to engage an agent on this as the fees is very minimal. In addition, an agent will ensure that the rental transaction does not run afoul with URA or HDB regulations (there are different regulations fro HDB and private property) and a proper/detailed tenancy agreement is being drafted out which is very important in case there is any dispute between landlord and tenant.
