I want to move house but I need to sell my HDB resale flat and buy another resale flat in order to relocate. My questions are:

1. Am I to sell my property first or buy new property first?

2. Do I have to buy and sell the property at the same?

3. How do I do to buy and sell the property simultaneously?

4. How long can I hold to sell my resale flat if I have to buy first?
